The Great Ronaldo

A Happy New Year to you and all. I know it's a bit late but here are the Great Ronaldo photos that were taken at the Castle Hill lecture theatre when we recorded The Great Ronaldo that has been broadcast on Kingstown Hospital Radio over the festive season.

A synopsis of the play:- THE GREAT RONALDO' A Comedy By TERRY CAVENDER (Dedicated to the memory of the late Sir Norman Wisdom) RONALD CLAPPER, MIDDLE-AGED, IS UNMARRIED AND LIVES IN HULL WITH HIS AGED AND WIDOWED MOTHER. HE EARNS A VERY MODEST LIVING AS A PROFESSIONAL MAGICIAN - (THE GREAT RONALDO.' THROUGHOUT HIS CAREER HE HAS RECEIVED SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT FROM HIS MOTHER. RONALD'S SEEDY MANAGER, BRIAN MORRIS, RUNS A SMALL AGENCY FROM IDA'S FRONT ROOM, LOOKING AFTER RONALD'S FAILING CAREER. UNEXPECTEDLY BRIAN OBTAINS AN AUDITION FOR RONALD ON THE PRIME TIME Z.T.V. TALENT SHOW - WHICH COULD BE THE BIG BREAK THAT RONALD HAS BEEN WAITING FOR.
